Study Tours

The Latvian LINC 2026 programme is shaped by the cooperation of 14 Local Action Groups, covering different parts of Latvia and a wide variety of local contexts. Built on many years of experience with LEADER and cooperation projects, Latvian LAGs are particularly strong in working together across territories, sharing responsibility and learning from one another.

This spirit is reflected in the 12 study tours, which are designed not simply to show places, but to be experienced. Each tour invites participants to spend time in the territory, to meet the people behind the projects, to taste local products, and to understand how ideas take shape in real community life.

From coastal areas to inland regions, each study tour highlights LEADER projects and local initiatives rooted in their specific place. Tours are organised and accompanied by Latvian LAGs, ensuring a personal approach and direct connection to the territory.

This year’s study tours also will feature an unique dining experience at 12 local rural venues, that will allow you to discover the diverse flavors of traditional Latvian cuisine, spend quality time with your companions, and experience the warm hospitality of rural communities.
